Impounds

• Impound lot access is available 24hrs / 7 days a week
• Secure storage facilities : fenced & lighted, with camera systems
• A daily storage fee is charged per day, while the vehicle is on our property
• Vehicle pick-up is available always. No appointment necessary, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. All other times, just call ahead.
• Gate fees apply, for access to lot, on weekdays after 6pm and on weekends or holidays
• If your vehicle has been involved in an accident, notify your insurance provider. If you have the coverage, they should handle everything
• To pick up a vehicle from impound, you need to have : valid registration, valid insurance, a valid driver, and proof of vehicle ownership
• If not getting vehicle, but need to access it while on our property, an access fee is due. That amount then comes off total owed when picking up the vehicle.
• Payment of credit card or cash is accepted for all charges. (3% added if paying by card)
